Apple Orange Fruit Platter

Prepare the ingredients.

First cut the orange zest into 8 pieces with a Nai porcelain knife.

Peel off the skin and do the same for the second one.
4.
Cut the first orange rind into a V-shaped incision, and cut the other edge to make a V-shaped incision.

Cut the apple into 4 pieces.
6.
Use a knife on the left and right to cut in moderately thin layers and push up.

Tips:
When cutting apples, make sure that the knife is sharper and slower. If you use an ordinary knife, soak it in light salt water for a while to avoid oxidation.
