Apple Pie

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Peel the apple, wash and cut into small cubes.
3.
Heat the pan and melt the butter, add diced apples and stir fry for a while.

Add sugar and stir well.
5.
Add water starch and stir well.
6.
Go to the toast and roll it all around.
7.
Make three slashes on one side.
8.
Put the fried diced apples.
9.
Coat all sides with egg wash.
10.
Put it together.
11.
Put it on the baking tray and brush with a layer of egg wash.
12.
Put it in the oven and bake it until the surface is golden brown.
