Apple Pie
1.
After the butter is softened, add it to the low powder and knead into particles
2.
Add eggs and sugar and continue to knead the dough
3.
Put the dough in the refrigerator to relax for 30 minutes
4.
Peel and dice 2 apples, add butter to a non-stick pan to soften, then add apples, sugar, a small amount of lemon juice, cinnamon powder and stir fry until softened
5.
Take out the dough, roll it into a round shape, and put it in a pie pan, arrange the edges
6.
Put the apple filling in the pie pan, cut the remaining dough into strips and weave into a net
7.
Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Brush the pie crust with egg mixture and continue to bake for about 5 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
Tips:
1. I don’t have a lot of pies left, so the net weave seems sparse, so you can do more
2. You can bake the pie crust for 10 minutes, then add the filling to continue baking, the bottom of the pie will be crispy
