Apple Pie (lazy Version of Hand-held Pie)

1. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces, the smaller the better, don’t puree it, it tastes bad

2. Put the apple cubes, sugar, and salt in a non-stick pan, put a little water and simmer together, and stir fry, simmer on low heat until the moisture is almost dry, add butter and fry until the moisture is dry, then pour in the water The starch makes the apple filling sticky. Serving and letting cool

3. Take 1 hand pie to thaw, and when it is soft, spread the apple filling on the hand pie, leaving a side around it.

4. As shown in the picture above, pinch the sides to wrap the filling

5. Take the other hand and cut into thin strips, spread one by one on the apple filling, pinch tightly around

6. Pave another layer across the cross.

7. Spread the prepared apple pie on greased paper, brush with a layer of egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

8. Heat the oven up and down to 200 degrees, bake it for 20 minutes and you can eat it.

Tips:

Stir-fry the stuffing must use a low fire. If the stuffing uses fruit with more water, you can fry it directly without adding water. The ingredients above are for 1 apple pie. I made 2 of them this time and doubled the amount of ingredients.
