Apple Quiche

Preparation materials: peel the apple and remove the core, cut into slices, soak in water, beat the eggs, add fresh milk and stir well.

Heat a pan and add oil;
3.
Pour the egg mixture into a pot and fry on low heat;
4.
Spread the apple slices on the quiche;
5.
After the bottom is cooked, turn over and fry until the egg is solidified.
