Prepare 2 apples, wash the apples and cut them in half and slice them

Add about 220 grams of water to the pot, add sugar, squeeze some lemon juice, and cook for a while

Put the apple slices in, cook the apple slices soft, remove and drain the water for later use

Mix the butter and low-powder with your hands and knead evenly, then pour in an appropriate amount of sugar water for boiled apples to form a dough

Roll the dough into thin slices, cut into long strips, the width is determined by the size of your apple slices

Arrange the apple slices in sequence after pressing the first slice, usually 7 or 8 slices can be placed to roll up the dough from right to left

Finally, pinch the tail of the rolled apple rose into the cake mold and then put it in the mold

Put it in the middle of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, brush with honey 5 minutes before baking, I added some strawberry jam to the honey and stir it well and bake it for 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven. After cooling, carefully tear off the paper mold. Decorate
Tips:
It feels a little sticky after taking it out of the paper mold! It's okay to eat directly, but you must be very careful when you want to take the finished product and put it on the plate!
