Apple Rose

Wash the apples and cut into thin slices of even thickness, as thin as possible.

Put sugar and apple slices in the pot, add appropriate amount of water to submerge the apple slices.

Cook until the apple slices turn yellow and soft, remove and drain.

In a large bowl, add flour, butter, and some water to boil the apples.

Knead into a uniform dough.

Flatten the dough, put plastic wrap on the two breads, and roll them into thin slices.

Cut the thin slices into long strips, about 1.5 cm wide.
8.
Stretch the noodles again and squash.
9.
Fold the apple slices one by one on top of the noodles, each with 6 to 7 slices.

Roll up from one end, stick tightly at the closing, and arrange the shape of the petals appropriately.

Put the adjusted roses into the baking tray for baking cupcakes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, take out and brush with a layer of honey, then put it in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.
