Apple Rose

Wash the apples, slice them, add water, cook on high heat to about 50 degrees, turn off the heat, soak for 3 minutes, and drain the water.

A sheet of puff pastry, rolled into a dough of about 3 mm thick, and cut into 6 pieces of equal width.

Take a long strip, spread a layer of melted butter, and sprinkle a layer of cinnamon sugar.

Arrange the apple slices, fold the other half of the meringue, brush a layer of butter, and sprinkle a layer of cinnamon sugar.
5.
Roll from one side and roll into a rose shape.

Repeat the above actions until you have finished 6 and put them in the buttered muffin baking pan.
7.
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The edges will be browned. After drying, sprinkle with powdered sugar to decorate.
Tips:
The method of cinnamon sugar is very simple, just mix cinnamon powder and granulated sugar.
