Apple Tart

Slice the apples into slices and diced apples separately

Add water to the pot, add a small amount of sugar and cook the apple slices for a while, the apple slices become soft

Remove and drain the water

Put butter in a pot and heat it over low heat

Pour in the apple diced and stir fry, then add the right amount of sugar and fry until the apple diced becomes soft and has no moisture

Drained apple slices are rolled into flowers as shown in the picture

Pour milk into the pot, add sugar, heat and stir until the sugar is completely melted

When the milk is warm, add a whole egg and an egg yolk (you can also add two whole eggs)

Stir evenly, filter twice with a filter

Quick-frozen tart crust, topped with apple diced

Pour the tart water 80% full, and then put the apple blossoms

Make the remaining apple tarts one by one (only three flower apple tarts were made in the picture, and half an apple was used)

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake the upper layer for 5 minutes. After the color is satisfied, turn to the middle and lower layer and bake for 10 minutes.
