Apple Toast Pie

Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. Add a few drops of lemon juice to prevent oxidation.

Stir the starch with water and set aside.

Put butter in the pan and heat until the butter melts.

Add diced apples and sugar, and fry until the apples are watery, it takes about 2 minutes.

Take out and cool for later use.

Cut the four sides of the toast and roll it thinly with a rolling pin.
