Apple Winter Melon Puree

Main and auxiliary materials: apple, winter melon.

Wash the winter melon, peel it, and cut into strips.

Crush it with a food processor and dry it for later use.

Wash, peel and chop the apples.

Choose a stainless steel pot and add winter melon.

Put in the apple again.

Add sugar.

Stir evenly.

Fire and stir fry repeatedly.

Tips:
1. When frying, stir fry slowly, one is to fry, the other is to evaporate water.
