Apple Yogurt Ice Cup

Prepare apples and yogurt.

Cut the apple from the top.

Use a knife and spoon to remove the core and pulp from the apple base.

Pour the yogurt. I put some raisins, and can add other fruits or nuts according to personal taste.

Cover the upper part of the apple on the base and fix it with some toothpicks. After fixing, put it into a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
6.
After four hours of freezing in the refrigerator, take it out, open the lid and eat it, sweet and sour, and nutritious.
