Applesauce

Choose fresh apples, wash, peel, and core;

Cut the apple into small pieces;

Put it into the wall breaker and beat;

Into apple puree.

Pour the mashed apples into a stainless steel saucepan, add lemon juice and sugar;

Boil slowly over low heat, stirring continuously, add QQ sugar (if you don’t need to add it, but it will take longer to cook), continue to cook, and remove from the heat when it becomes viscous;
7.
Put it in a bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.
