Apricot Ice Cream

The apricots are cleaned. The weight of the apricots is the weight including the nucleus. In fact, it doesn't matter if it is more or less.

Pour the apricots, add the milk and put them in the food processor, and puree them.

Whipped cream is now refrigerated in the refrigerator, take it out and beat it until thick with a manual whisk.

Then add marshmallows and beat them evenly until the marshmallows are completely melted. This step uses liquid strawberry-flavored marshmallows. If not, you can also add white sugar. White sugar is sweeter than marshmallows, so the amount can be reduced appropriately.

Pour the apricot puree into the whipped cream and mix well.

Prepare the mold, pour the mixed ice cream paste into the mold, and freeze it in the refrigerator until it is set.
