1.
Prepare the required materials
2.
After washing the apricots, break them apart and remove the pits
3.
Put it in a food processor to puree the fruit
4.
Put the puree and sugar into the bread machine and start the "jam" program
5.
When the last 20 minutes are left, add lemon juice
6.
Pour the boiled jam into a sterilized and dried bottle while it is hot, twist the lid and buckle until it cools, and keep it in the refrigerator
Tips:
1. If you like a bit thicker, you can add a few spoons of starch to thicken it
2. If you want to eat those with pulp, you can puree half of the apricots and cut half into small pieces
3. If you like to eat sweet, you can add sugar to one-half and keep it for half a year.
4. When picking apricots, you must follow the two principles, that is, neither soft nor hard, too soft is ripe, can not be held, easy to break, too hard is not yet ripe, sour teeth Not to mention, the taste is not good. If it’s used to make jam, it’s better to use well-ripe jam. The made jam tastes sweet and delicious.
5. I use a PE8500W bread machine. When you use bread machines of other brands, please pay attention to adjusting the formula ratio appropriately.
