Nourishing Spleen and Nourishing Lungs with Apple and Snow Pear Health Soup
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Apricot, red dates, figs and other materials are cleaned briefly.
3.
Wash the pork shank and cut into several large pieces. Put it in a pot, add water and boil on high heat for 1, 2 minutes.
4.
The blood of the meat came out after it was boiled. Then remove the pork shank and rinse, remove the foam and set aside. (These can remove the fishy smell and bloody water, and can make the soup clearer.)
5.
Wash the apples, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. (Do not peel as you like)
6.
Peel and core the pears and cut into small pieces. (If the standby time is long, you need to put it in water to prevent oxidation and yellowing)
7.
Put all the ingredients in the soup pot.
8.
Put in an appropriate amount of water. (Water volume: about 2L or so) Cover the pot. After the high fire boils, turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour.
9.
Just add some salt to taste before turning off the heat.
Tips:
