Apricot Jam

Wash the apricots

Remove the core, break the two petals, add sugar, and marinate for 1 hour.

This is what it looks like an hour later

Break it with a food processor.
5.
Put it in a saucepan, squeeze the lemon juice, and simmer until it thickens.
6.
Sterilize the glass bottle and bottle the jam after it has cooled naturally.
