I brought back a lot of apricots from my mother-in-law's house. After a few days, they were all ripe. The jam is the best. The jam made from ripe apricots is very delicious.

Ingredients

Apricot Jam

1. Prepare materials

2. Wash the apricots and control water, remove the pits and cut into small pieces

3. Pour in sugar and marinate for one hour to marinate the moisture

4. Mix the sugar and apricots well

5. Pour into a non-stick pan and cook

6. After boiling, change the heat to low, and keep stirring midway

7. Boil until the moisture is dry and the jam is thick. Pour in a little honey when you eat, or leave it alone.

Tips:

The jam jar should be oil-free and water-free, boiled in boiling water, and dried.
