Apricot Jam

The apricots are pitted.

Sprinkle with sugar, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Pour the apricots into a non-stick pan and stir constantly over medium heat.

Just make it into a paste.
5.
Pour it into the bottle and let it cool. Refrigerator
