Assorted Puffer Fish Diced

Prepare fried puffer fish cubes, cowpeas, corn kernels, and diced green onions.

Add a little oil to the pan, add the diced onion and stir fry.

Add puffer fish cubes.

Add freshly ground black pepper and stir-fry well.
Tips:
When the dried puffer fish was taken home, it was skinless and boneless, leaving only the white meat. I soaked it a bit, marinated it with New Orleans barbecue ingredients for a while, and fry it with olive oil before putting it out.
