Braised Pufferfish

1. Buy the slaughtered puffer fish and wash them.

2. Cut the puffer fish into pieces.

3. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, beer, pepper, cornstarch, white sugar, green onions, and ginger to the fish cubes and marinate for preparation.

4. Fry the fish until slightly charred on both sides, set aside.

5. Heat a wok, add oil, green onions, ginger, and shacha sauce and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add garlic fry and fish pieces and stir fry, add light soy sauce, and stir fry with a little water.

7. When the garlic sprouts are cooked, add pepper, chicken bouillon, thicken, and pour in sesame oil.

8. Take out the pan and serve.
