Steamed Pufferfish

The puffer fish that I bought has been slaughtered so that it is not poisonous. Clean it.

Change the puffer fish to the same thickness, then lightly wipe it with salt, wood flour, oil, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Bring the steamer water to a boil, put green onions, ginger, and puffer fish, cover and steam for 5 to 7 minutes until just cooked.

Pour the puffer fish into the plate, sprinkle with pepper, top with chopped green onion, and pour the steamed fish drum juice into the plate.

It will be 0k with boiling oil.
