Assorted Seafood Cup

The assorted clams bought back are soaked in salt and spit (I am more convenient, the merchant has already helped to deal with it before buying it)

Wash it, put it in the stew pot, and cut a small slice of ginger into it (to help remove the fishy and cold, but not too much, it will steal the savory taste of seafood)

Add appropriate amount of water (do not add salt, seafood itself is salty), put it in a water-proof electric saucepan, cover, and simmer for more than half an hour.
