Astragalus Oxtail Soup

Wash 10g each of Astragalus, Atractylodes, and Fangfeng, and wrap them with gauze.

Pick up a pot of clean water, add the medicinal materials and jujube, boil, turn to medium and low heat and continue to cook without covering the pressure valve.

When cooking the medicinal materials, blanch the oxtail in water, skim off the blood foam, open the lid and cook for 3 minutes, then pour out the water, and rinse off the foam with cold water.

After the medicinal materials are boiled for half an hour, put in oxtail and ginger, cover the pressure valve, and boil for 1 hour after airing.
Tips:
My oxtail is about 2 kilograms, and the total medicinal materials are 30g. There is only a light medicinal fragrance, because my family does not like the medicinal smell too strong. If you like the strong medicinal taste, you can increase it according to the amount of beef.
If you don't think it is salty, you can add a little salt to your personal bowl while drinking the soup.
