Korean Oxtail Soup

Wash the oxtail, put it in a pot, and add cold water.

After the fire is boiling, remove and wash.

Put the oxtail into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and select the "Old Fire Soup" program.

After the soup is cooked, remove the oxtail, add garlic, chopped green onion, soy sauce, salt, sugar, oil, and pepper, and marinate for half an hour.

Sweep the garlic and chopped green onion on the oxtail as much as possible, put it in the pot again, add the red dates, select the "old fire soup" program, and cook for half an hour.

Add milk and wolfberry, continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
