Oxtail Soup

Wash the oxtail and blanch it in water.

Add some cooking wine to remove the fishy taste when blanching the water.
3.
Wash the oxtail after blanching.
4.
Put it in a casserole and add an appropriate amount of water.
5.
Cut the green onion and ginger well.
6.
Put it in a pot and boil, simmer for 2 hours on low heat.
7.
Chopped green onion and coriander and put them in a large bowl. After the soup is simmered, add it to the bowl and add salt.
Tips:
The longer the simmering time, the better, at least 2 hours, add water in the middle to heat the water.
