Oxtail has high nutritional value. My husband’s colleague has a friend who sells fresh beef and oxtail. I bought some and ate the beef stew with potatoes. It was delicious. Oxtail is used to stew the soup, which is nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients

1. Wash the oxtail and blanch it in water.

Tips:

The longer the simmering time, the better, at least 2 hours, add water in the middle to heat the water.
