Avocado Pound Cake
1.
Choose a dark green avocado with a softer touch. Peel the pit and remove the skin to get the pulp. Add sugar to the avocado pulp in portions, and beat with a whisk until fluffy;
2.
Add egg liquid in portions, and continue to beat evenly until fully integrated;
3.
Add the sieved low powder, baking powder and baking soda, and preheat the oven to 170°C;
4.
Put it in a mold, sprinkle with dried cranberries or nuts (the batter is thicker) according to personal preference, and bake it in the oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes;
5.
After the oven is finished, dry it and wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator. The slice that I took out felt the cake was hard, but the inside was very soft and moist when I cut it down!
Tips:
The amount of powdered sugar in this recipe is not much, and the whole cake has only a small amount of sweetness. You can change the powdered sugar to white sugar according to your own taste!
