Avocado Raw Chocolate
1.
Cut the plate-shaped chocolate into fine pieces. I use a vegetable grater. I try to chop up as much as possible to make it easier to melt.
2.
Pour the whipped cream into a stainless steel container, heat the whipped cream over water and mix it with honey (can be adjusted according to personal taste, I use dark chocolate, so I put about a spoonful of honey), then put the chocolate powder into the hot cream while it is hot Stir until completely melted. If it is not completely melted, you can continue to heat it in water
3.
It's almost the same as milk
4.
After the chocolate has melted into chocolate sauce, add a proper amount of wine to add aroma. I use concentrated peach flavor soaking wine. Rum is recommended. Remember to melt before adding, so that the alcohol does not evaporate and maintain the aroma of the wine
5.
Prepare a mold and put it on the plastic wrap. I use the lid of the ice box (laughs), and pour the hot chocolate sauce into the mold.
6.
As shown in the picture, inlay the avocados one by one like the rice, and try to be as neat as possible to facilitate the next cutting. I also sprinkled some raisins to increase the taste. After putting it, remember to roll the avocado to make it completely covered with chocolate sauce
7.
Put it in the freezer and freeze for 30 minutes. Because of the addition of cream, it will not harden after freezing, but it will feel soft to the touch, similar to butter.
8.
Put a knife on the fire and heat it up (to prevent stickiness, it will feel like cutting butter with a hot knife). Remember where you put the avocado and cut it into cubes (I put a piece of dried chili in one of them as an egg, Hmm...Whoever gets that piece, please be blessed haha). After cutting the pieces, take them out and tear off the plastic wrap. At this time, the chocolate will be grey and sticky
9.
This cocoa powder is similar to starch. The purpose is to make the chocolate non-sticky and can be placed into shape
10.
After the chocolate powder is coated piece by piece, you can eat it ~ remember to eat it as soon as possible. If you can't eat it, put it in the refrigerator, but it's not frozen, it's refrigerated above 0 degrees! Remember
Tips:
The chocolate melts and sticks to your hands, so you can wear plastic gloves all the way. You can also add various nuts and raisins to change the taste. If you are in a good mood, it is okay to put a piece of garlic in it (I don’t know if the person who eats this will beat you), remember to melt the chocolate when you stir it, so that it is dense.
