Ayu with Cabbage Sauce

Break the cabbage into small pieces by hand

Add vegetable oil to the pot, slice the fish belly a few crosswise and fry until both sides are set

Add green onion, sliced ginger, add cooking wine and appropriate amount of water

Add the Northeast miso, sweet noodle sauce and hoisin sauce
5.
Add the cabbage cubes and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes
6.
When the soup is thick, turn off the heat and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
Mixing the three kinds of sauces can improve the freshness better. If you don’t like sweet noodle sauce, you can add more soybean paste or use soybean paste.
