Red date skin baby is not easy to digest, so you must peel it before eating.

The peeled jujube meat is put into the cooking machine and beaten into jujube puree.
If you don't have a cooking machine at home, you can mash it by hand. If it feels too sticky to be mashed, you can add 1 tablespoon of warm water.
