Baby Ga Fish Noodle Soup

Prepare the ingredients and let the store slaughter the Gayu when you buy it back. This is very difficult to clean directly, so you clean it every time you buy it. Just buy it the same day and make it, and the fish should be fresh.

Put oil in the pot, cook the scallion and ginger slices in the pot, and then fry the dried garfish on both sides. So that the meat will not be simmered. Keep the fish intact

After the garfish is fried, pour it directly into the water and add as appropriate. I usually add two bowls of water, stew a pot of soup, and eat two meals.

After simmering for ten minutes, fish out the garfish and shave all the meat. Here I save a bowl of fish soup for next meal

The soup in the pot is boiled and put into the dragon's beard noodles. Our baby doesn't like to chew, so I choose the perishable dragon's beard noodles. I usually break the noodles and put them in whole. Chop it when you eat
