Autumn and Winter Tonic-gayu Tofu Soup
1.
Prepare all ingredients
2.
Gayu dipped dry with kitchen paper towels
3.
Pour the bottom oil into the pan, wipe the area around the pan with ginger slices, and add a little bit of salt, so that the fried fish will not stick to the pan
4.
Just fry the Gayu until slightly yellow on both sides
5.
Pour the boiling broth (the hotter the soup or water, the whiter the color of the soup), the broth is as thin as possible without tofu, and then add green onions and ginger
6.
Add tofu
7.
Let it simmer together. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and it will be ready for about 15 minutes. Put in the right amount of salt before the pan is ready.
Tips:
Warm reminder of silk scarf: Because the taste of Gayu is very fresh, you don't need to put too much condiments.
