Gayu Stewed Tofu

Kill the garfish, wash, and drain the water.

Cut the white onion and chives into sections, peel off the ginger and slice.

Cut the northern tofu into cubes and soak in water for 5 minutes with a little salt.

Put the pan on the fire, add oil and heat, and fry the garfish thoroughly on both sides.

Add sliced ginger and green onion until fragrant, pour in boiling water and boil, add a little pepper to remove the smell.

Turn to low heat, cover and cook for 30 minutes until milky white.

Drain the tofu, put it in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with appropriate amount of salt and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes.
