Bacon and Broad Bean Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the raw materials, bacon, winter bamboo shoots, garlic and millet pepper and cut into cubes;

Boil the bamboo shoots in a hot pot under cold water;

After the water is boiled, put the broad bean and rice into it and cook for two to three minutes, basically cooked;

Drain the water and cool the water after removing it;
5.
Heat the pot, add some oil, add diced bacon and stir fry;
6.
Add garlic diced and millet pepper and stir fry together;
7.
Saute the garlic and stir fry together with blanched broad bean rice and bamboo shoots;
8.
Finally, add a small amount of seasonings such as water starch and salt, boil and stir-fry evenly;
9.
Put it into a bowl.
