Bad Fragrant Edamame

Cut off both ends of the edamame, wash and set aside.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt, and cook the edamame until cooked (without a cover to keep the edamame green).

Prepare the brine.

Cook until the edamame is cooked.

Remove and serve to cool.

Pour in an appropriate amount of lees and soak (put it in the refrigerator overnight).

Tips:
1. Wash the edamame, add some salt and cook until cooked (do not cover it).
2. Let the boiled edamame cool and soak it in gravy (store it in the refrigerator and eat it in one to two days).
