Wash the tongue with salt to remove excess fascia oil.

Pour water into the pot and add ginger sliced cooking wine.

Put cold water into the pork tongue, boil it over high heat, and boil the froth.

Turn off the heat and rinse with running water to scrape off the white grease on your tongue.

Refill the pot with clean water, add ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, and cooking wine to boil the water.

Add the pork tongue after the water has boiled. After it is boiled again, cover and turn to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
7.
After letting cool, slice it and eat it with the sauce.
