Stir-fried Pork Tongue with Green Peppers

Buy the pig tongue home, clean it, and soak it in clean water for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off. Put it in the pot, pour in the water and pass the pork tongue.

Add half of the cooking wine, cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, and blanch the water. Cook for 6-8 minutes.

After blanching, rinse with cold water to cool down and rinse off.

Cut thin slices.

Green peppers are actually slightly spicy ones. Wash them, remove the seeds and stalks, and then cut them into strips. Slice the ginger slices and clean them.

In a clean, water-free pot, turn on high heat and pour in corn oil. After the oil is heated, add ginger slices and saute.

Pour in the pork tongue slices. Stir fry quickly.

Stir-fry until the color is almost completely changed, add the other half of the cooking wine to remove the fishy. Stir fry evenly.

Then continue to stir-fry until slightly yellow, about 2 minutes.

Then pour the green peppers.

After stirring for 1-2 minutes, add salt to taste. Stir for 30 seconds and stir evenly.

Finally, add a little chicken essence for freshness, and continue to stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Then turn off the heat.

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
1. Pork tongue cannot be blanched completely in blanching water, so it needs to be stir-fried later. 2. Fine-tune the amount of salt according to your own taste. 3. If you like spicy food, stir-fry with spicy chili, and it will be slightly spicy when it comes out. The taste is even better!
