Baked Apples in Red Wine

Cut the apple into pieces, add sugar and marinate for 5 minutes. Let the apple drip slightly.

Add red wine to the pan to light.

Place apple slices on top and fry on medium heat until tender. Turn it on the other side and add a little red wine to color.

Put the lid on the pot and keep the fire low until there is no soup.
