Baked Apples with Almond Stuffing

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Apple cored from the middle

Add apricot jam to a large bowl and mix with all other ingredients

Mix well and add to the cored apple

Put the stuffed apples in the baking dish, and put a pinch of butter on the top of the apples to seal

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon powder evenly and sprinkle on the apples evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes

After baking, let cool for a while and serve with vanilla sauce or milk
