The creamy white sauce pasta is paired with classic mozzarella cheese, and the mellow taste is unstoppable!

For a leisurely afternoon, why not have a cheese-baked butterfly pasta~

Baked Butterflies Pasta with Cheese

1. Wash and slice the mushrooms, cut the bacon into small pieces, and dice the onion.

2. Cut garlic into minced garlic.

3. Put the butterfly pasta into boiling water, put an appropriate amount of salt in the water, cook for 8 minutes, drain the water, and set aside.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add onion and minced garlic and sauté.

5. Stir the onion until browned, add the mushrooms and bacon and stir-fry until the mushrooms become soft.

6. Pour in the cooked butterfly pasta and stir fry evenly.

7. Pour in the cream and stir-fry evenly, add two teaspoons of salt and a little pepper to taste.

8. Stir-fry for two minutes, until the pasta is evenly coated with white sauce and put in a baking bowl.

9. Spread an even layer of mozzarella cheese on the pasta and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.

10. Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
