Pasta in Curry Stew

Dice the onion, dice potatoes and carrots, wash and set aside the lettuce, and prepare other ingredients.

Make water in the pot, add a spoonful of salt after boiling, pour in the pasta, cook for 5 minutes, stirring the pot continuously.

Pour the meatballs and continue to cook for 5 minutes while stirring the pot continuously.

Remove the meatballs, pasta, and pasta separately in cold water.

Make the bottom oil in the pan, and stir-fry the onion now when it is hot for 6 or 7 minutes.

After the onion is stir-fried until it is transparent and flavorful, add the diced carrots and curry powder and stir-fry.

Add potatoes and stir fry.

Pour in the right amount of water (leftover from cooking the noodles), and 100ml of milk. After boiling, turn to low heat.

Cook until the soup thickens, pour in water starch, pour in the cooked balls, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste.

Cook until the soup is thick, stir the cooked noodles evenly, and serve on a plate with lettuce. It’s convenient and delicious.
