Baked Cold Noodles with Bacon

Add oil, fry the shiitake mushrooms and bacon in a frying pan in advance, set aside.

Spread the cold noodles flat on the same pan and fry slowly until soft.

Beat the eggs, add some salt, and spread on the cold noodles. Slowly fry.

Fry it almost, turn the cold noodles over, use a brush to spread the char siu sauce and sprinkle some pepper. Slowly fry again.

It is almost fried, just put the bacon and mushrooms on top, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Fold the cold noodles on both sides and fry for a while before they are out of the pan.
7.
Cut into pieces and put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
It must be simmered slowly.
