Baked Corn with Egg Yolk

Prepare ingredients.

After the corn kernels control the juice, stir in the starch, and evenly wrap the corn kernels.

Put oil in the wok, add corn kernels to fry after heating. It will be fried to the starchy outside of the corn kernels. After frying, remove the oil control.

The salted egg yolk is sprayed with wine and steamed in a steamer for 10 minutes. After steaming, it is crushed. Put oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the egg yolk on low heat until bubbling.

Pour in the fried corn kernels and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
The whole frying process is fast to prevent the egg yolk from being fried black.
