Baked Egg Pudding

Pour pure milk into the pot, add 40 grams of sugar

Heat on medium-low heat until the sugar melts, then pour out and set aside to cool

Beat two eggs into the warm milk

Stir the egg and milk liquid evenly

Sieve the stirred egg and milk 2 times

Add 20 grams of water and 50 grams of sugar in a pot and cook until bubbling

Then pour it into the bottom of the bowl and set aside

Pour in egg milk

Bake at 150 degrees in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes, then turn to 170 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes
Tips:
Finally, turn it to the height and bake for another 10 minutes. The surface layer will feel a little burnt. I think this is delicious.
The boiled caramel can actually be darker in color, my color is a bit lighter.
