Baked Soy Milk Pudding

Ingredients: 250ml soy milk, 2 eggs, appropriate amount of cocoa cookies

Strain 2-3 times, pour into a baking bowl, heat water in a baking dish, put it in a preheated 165 degree oven and bake for about 35 minutes

Tips:
Try to add the water in the baking pan to half the level of the pudding liquid.
