Pudding is regarded as a classic of western desserts. It generally refers to foods that are solidified into a solid jelly shape from a paste-like material, mostly made of milk. This time I used the most classic Chinese beverage-soy milk to make a soy milk pudding. The formula is adapted from Junzhi's Caramel Pudding, and is based on his own soy milk habit-no sugar added.

2. Beat the eggs, add soy milk, and mix well

3. Strain 2-3 times, pour into a baking bowl, heat water in a baking dish, put it in a preheated 165 degree oven and bake for about 35 minutes

4. Out of the oven, put the cocoa cookies in a fresh-keeping bag, crush them, and sift them on the surface of the pudding.

Tips:

Try to add the water in the baking pan to half the level of the pudding liquid.
I don't know if it is because the hot water is not half-high, or the oven temperature, the baked finished product has cracked, but fortunately, it is not visible when the surface is dusted.
If you like sweetness, you can add sugar to soy milk and bake
