My family especially likes to eat bread, and bread has naturally become an indispensable staple food on my family table. However, although the bread made with butter, eggs and milk is delicious, the extra calories added every day cannot be ignored. By chance, I was exposed to vegetarian baking. In vegetarian baking, the recipe of using vegetable oil, soy milk instead of butter, eggs and milk attracted me. So I started to experiment. As a result, the vegetarian baked bread was extremely soft and delicious. Not inferior to the bread made with butter, it was out of control since then.

Vegan Baked Sweet Potato Toast

1. Prepare all ingredients;

2. Put flour, potato mash, sugar, salt, yeast, and soy milk into the cook machine in turn, and start kneading. When the dough is about to form, add grape seed oil and knead until the dough is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in a warm and humid place to ferment;

3. When the dough rises to 2.5-3 times, take out the exhaust gas:

4. Knead the dough slightly and divide it into 3 equal parts;

5. Press each part into a long tongue, and then roll it into a long strip;

6. Spray cooking oil into the toast mold, put the rolled dough into the mold, and cover the fresh mold for secondary fermentation;

7. When the dough is fermented to approximately 2 cm near the mold opening, close the lid;

8. Put it in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake the middle layer for 40 minutes;

9. Take it out, remove the lid, let it sit for 30 minutes and then demould it, you can start to enjoy it.

Tips:

1. The amount of soy milk depends on the dry humidity of the sweet potato. It is recommended that the soy milk not be poured in all at once when kneading the noodles, and the dry humidity of the dough should be increased or decreased by an appropriate amount;
2. Different ovens have different functions and different tempers. Please use this temperature as a reference.
