Baked Yam with Basil Tomato Sauce
1.
Wash the yam, cut into sections, put it in a steamer, and steam until it becomes soft. (Because of allergies, I use the method of steaming first and then peeling)
2.
Peel off the skin of the steamed yam.
3.
Press the peeled yam into a puree and add 100 grams of pasta sauce.
4.
Stir evenly with a spoon.
5.
Put the mixed yam puree into a baking bowl and spread a layer of sausage.
6.
Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
7.
Put it in the preheated oven, middle level, 200 degrees, 15 minutes until the cheese on the surface is colored.
8.
Take it out and let it cool and mix well before eating.
Tips:
The yam skin contains saponin and the plant alkaloids in the mucus. Some people will feel itchy and unbearable after touching it. Just put it on the fire or put a little vinegar in the water to wash it.
