Banana Lily Tremella Soup

Soak the dried white fungus in water for two hours in advance, then wash and tear it into small flowers.

Put the cleaned and torn white fungus into a boiling pot, add appropriate amount of water to cook.

The fresh lilies are broken one by one and washed in open water for later use.
4.
Peel the banana and cut into small pieces for later use.
5.
Wash the wolfberry and set aside.
6.
After the white fungus is boiled softly, add lily, white fungus, and wolfberry to boil.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and cook for ten minutes to turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. If there is no fresh lily, dry lily can be used instead, but it must be soaked in advance.
2. The amount of rock sugar is added according to personal preference.
