A must-order dish for the grandmother at home. It is sweet and soft, and is especially friendly to people with bad teeth. Here, I adjusted the ingredients according to my and my family's preferences and changed it to look like a dessert. The amount of taro prepared here is enough for 5 people.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Fragrant Taro Gorgon Pot

1. I am lazy and directly use the small bags of fresh lotus seeds that can be bought in supermarkets and markets, about 120 grams, and 2 packets of fresh gorgon about 40 grams. After washing, add water to soak the ingredients and cook until the surface of the lotus seeds cracks.

2. Pour the pumpkin and taro into small cubes and adjust the amount of the two according to personal preference. The taro can be cut into smaller pieces than the pumpkin, because the pumpkin is easier to cook than the taro. Add water until the ingredients are almost covered, boil over medium heat, turn to low heat and cook until the taro can be pierced with chopsticks.

3. Add a little salt and vegetable oil, stir well and pour in the cleaned fresh lily.

4. Pour 3 sachets of coconut flour and stir evenly. The coconut flour is already sweet. I personally don't add sugar anymore. If you like sweetness, you can adjust the flavor yourself. After the dishes are done, they can be stuffy in the pot for a while, and the taste will be softer.

Tips:

I personally think that the old pumpkin is sweeter and has a better taste. Using babe pumpkin or chestnut pumpkin may require additional sugar, and the pumpkin is still in lumps after being boiled, and the taste is not good enough.
