Banana Mango Pizza
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need. (Because I think there is a lot of fruit, I chose not to add dragon fruit later)
2.
Spread the right amount of salad dressing on the bottom of the pizza.
3.
Spread half of the mozzarella cheese.
4.
Spread the banana slices on top.
5.
Dice the mango and spread it on top.
6.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 200°C for 6 minutes.
7.
Take out after 6 minutes and sprinkle with dried cranberries and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
8.
Continue to enter the oven, bake at 200 degrees for about 6-7 minutes, and observe that the cheese is turned.
9.
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds while it's hot.
10.
Pizza must taste hot while it is hot.
11.
The cutting effect is good.
12.
If you want the pizza to be silky, you must put it together for a while immediately after you cut it, so that the cheese with residual warmth can be joined together again.
Tips:
1. The pizza base can be made by yourself, of course, you can also buy ready-made ones. If the pizza base is frozen in the refrigerator, it must be thawed before making it. 2. After the pizza is out of the oven, squeeze some salad dressing or tomato sauce to increase the taste and flavor. 3. Choose fruits with less moisture as much as possible, so as not to roast them all wet, or you can roast the fruits in advance.
